Heat Pump Install is an introduction service. We collect your enquiry and pass it to an independent local installer who works in your area.

We do not install, repair, service or supply any products, and we are not an agent of the installer. We do not visit your property, give quotes or carry out any work.

Any quote, contract, price, work, product, warranty or guarantee is between you and the installer. They are responsible for the work they do, for holding any licences, registrations and insurance their work requires, and for meeting their obligations to you under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If you have a question or problem with a quote or with work carried out, contact the installer directly. We are not a party to that agreement and cannot resolve disputes between you.

We pass each enquiry to one installer who covers your region. We do not promise that they are the best or cheapest option, that they will contact you within a set time, or that they will offer a quote. You are free to get other quotes and you are under no obligation to go ahead.

The guides on this site are general information only. They are not professional advice for your home. Always rely on the advice and quote you get after a site visit.

Government programmes, grants and eligibility rules change. Check current details with the programme provider before you rely on them.

When you submit a form, you agree that we can share your details with one installer so they can contact you about your enquiry. The installer pays us for introductions. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Please give accurate details. Do not submit an enquiry on someone else's behalf without their permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any quote, work, product or advice provided by a installer, or from your use of this site.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded. If you use this site for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you submit an enquiry.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
